Dawn wing cannot fly!
I was trying to get a pair of sunglasses from sunglasses hut in Edgars La Lucia Mall and they eventually hunted down a pair from the Midlands Mall and said they would courier them to Durban for me. They use Dawn Wing. This was Wednesday 21 March 2018. eventually by Saturday I went in to Sunglasses Hut and they contacted Dawn wing as Midlands Mall branch said they had sent them on Thursday. However, they were not in Durban. Dawn Wing could not even locate them anywhere, using the Waybill Number. they asked for the collection order number or something odd. After emailing them a copy of the waybill they still said they could not locate them and said perhaps by Monday they would have them at Edgars Sunglasses Hut, Durban. I mean REALLY! 4 days from Pietemaritzburg to Durban!!!!! Totally unacceptable and not a great marketing exercise or advert for Dawn Wing. sunglasses Hut you need to change your courier of choice!!! Shocking service Dawn Wing.

26 Mar 2018, 09:44You will need to get hold of your employer Sun Glass Hut, Edgars to get the waybill number and further details as I am only a client of Sunglass Hut and have no information other than my bad experience with regards to the courier services.
