Dawn Wing bunch of ******* and ripoff ****s!

Being charged DOUBLE the order amount! Bought some clothing from ASOS to the value of $138 (R1892,04) and now have to pay an additional R1620.00 to get my order released by Dawn Wing! I understand customs charges but this is disgustingly inflated and a ripoff! This company is a bunch of ******* and should not be allowed to do this to South African consumers! You should be ashamed!

What makes matters worse is that you get 7 days to pay the RANSOM or else you get hit with a penalty of R1500 and R10 a day holding fee! So if a customer, WHO DID NOT KNOW OR AGREE TO the inflated Dawn Wing ransom prices, don't have the money to pay for their order, they now face fines and event more charges!

There is no option other than to pay the fees that Dawn Wing MAKES UP - you can't cancel your order or say no thank you, you JUST HAVE TO PAY for a service you DID NOT ASK FOR!

I hope I never have to do business with Dawn Wing again! ASOS also said to me that they will look into using a different courier here in SA from now on, I hope they follow through!
