How come we have a courier company that is useless!! Call get cut, consultants telling you well if the business is closed when we arrive we will try again. Telling me that the Receiver name does not matter and I just need to have patience. Ask to speak to a Manager only to get cut twice...

Not even to say that my address is 50% wrong and I can not even change it because the street address is correct... How many street names repeat itself?
