Dawn Wing bad service

Received message that my parcel will be delivered that day. 16:30 I receive an SMS from the driver saying I'm on his next stop, stating his name and license plate, but does not give any contact details. I work at a school so we are already closed by 16:30. I drive to school, wait there till 17:20. No one shows up. I return home to check the online delivery status. Just to see that my parcel has been delivered 17:45, but there was no one at school!! Who revived my parcel?? Now it's probably lost, because the driver didn't contact me to ask where I am. So frustrated by this service!
