Dawn wing bad customer service.

I am utterly disgusted by their lack of customer service. I am waiting for a package for more than 10 business days excluding weekends and they have not once contacted me. However, on the tracker they capture that they could not get in contact with me which is such a big lie.

I am disgusted.
