Dawn Wing Atrocious Service

I use an online store to purchase clothing - often. My last order was supposed to arrive on the 8th March 2019 - to be delivered by Dawn Wing- for which I received an SMS; however no one delivered my parcel and then I got an SMS to say that it couldn't be delivered because I "was not available to receive it" !!! This happened twice and I had to call them twice - each time to be told that someone would call me back ... which they didn't. My parcel arrived on the 13th March 2019 - one day after I needed it! Shocking service and customer support - if there was a negative rating I would give it to them. I will not use the online shop again if they continue to use Dawn Wing - they are unreliable and quite frankly, I could have gone to the Mall to purchase the items if I had known they were going take an additional 5 days to be delivered and were not delivered for when I needed them!!
