Dawn Wing at it again!

Dawn Wing... Can you please locate my parcel that is still stuck with you guys since last week.Its a parcel from the UK and tracking number is ********** ********** .When I track it it says "Your parcel is on the vehicle for delivery" since yesterday 18-12-2018. I paid customs last week Tuesday already and signed released form and emailed everything back to a Michelle Queiroz.Im leaving and going on holiday on Friday and would appreciate to get my parcel before then.
