Dawn Wing are useless *****

Horrible service! My husband ordered a book to be sent to collect in Somerset west from a Pargo, for my birthday. It never arrived before we left to head up the West Coast. Then they said they would deliver it to us. He asked for it to be delivered before the 26th of September. It said parcel was out for delivery for two days! My husband phoned and got attitude from customer service, saying it would be delivered on the 26th. And guess what, we phone the morning of the 26th and it wasn't even on the truck that went out this morning - it's still lying at the depo in Maraisberg! They were never going to deliver it today and asked if they can deliver it tomorrow! We leave to go home tomorrow. It's a birthday present they are delivering and they stuffed it up. Well done Dawn Wing, you're absolutely useless and stuffed up my birthday as we now sit and wait for you to deliver when I should be out enjoying my birthday.
