Afternoon.

I'm writing this to is it possible for a courier person to deliver a parcel without contacting the purchaser?

A friend of my recently bought a Laptop online at Game(Retail). When was Tracking the parcel they said it's been delivered and the receiver is Xhanti.

They promised to call her wen the parcel arrives but they didn't. On that part of "Relation to Receiver" it's written "X."

There's something fishy about Dawn Wing. How can you let someone receive a parcel without that person showing his/her ID and Proof of payment as well as the order number?

They said the parcel was delivered on the 27th July 2021 at 12 Dastile road in Bisho.

The person who was supposed to receive the parcel signed nothing as her name is Afikile Tapile.

It's so ********* and irresponsible for people who are being trained to be professionals but could not do their job properly. The Parcel is Worth the Thousands.

When we call the company they're not picking up. We are going to open a Case of theft as Game is currently doing a follow up on this mess the Company has done.
