If I could give negative stars I would. I have no choice in using this delivery company, every time I order something from cotton on it’s their choice of delivery company. 4 times now FOUR TIMES, they’ve delivered my item to a different province to where I’m located. I actually cannot even comprehend the dumbness for this to happen more than once. Again, FOUR TIMES. I always make sure my address and code are correctly entered in so it’s not my incompetence.
