Dawn wing appalling service

Appalling service, rude drivers and all. They don’t deserve any star. got an sms saying my order is out for delivery, called the call centre requesting for the driver s number as I was not at home to reschedule, I was told the driver will call me before delivery, I asked this lady J know your drivers they will call when they’re at the gate and that’s what happened. I asked the driver to comeback the next business day but waited the whole day no parcel arrived, he called again when st the gate after I tried to call him and the call dirty through and I send him an sms notifying him there won’t be anyone home if he comes after a certain time. I called their call centre again raising my concerns and was told someone will call me back and only to get an SMS this morning saying my parcel could not be delivered due to address error, what the hell😡😡
