Dawn Wing and Woolworths - who is the worst?
I ordered a number of items from Woolworths. On the 26th of November, I was notified that two packages - o*** and o*** would be delivered before 5pm on the 26th. I waited and no packages were delivered. On the afternoon of the 27th of November I called Woolworths and was notified that the packages were delivered just after 12 on the 26th and that I (Elizabeth Venter) apparently signed for them. I called Dawn Wing and they said that the courier took a photo of my house - a face brick house (I do not live in a face brick house). Dawn Wing confirmed that it was delivered to a "Bongiwe".
On the 29th, the courier delivers another package (my partner receives it) and then says he wasn't sure if it was this house, he has the delivery date incorrect - 27th according to him and confirms in writing (WhatsApp) that he didn't take a photo of my house but used a photo of another house in Olienhout.
Today is the 30th of November. I called Woolworths again - held on for ages so I wrote an email. I called Dawn Wing again who had no record of the issue.
This is beyond infuriating. The courier's supervisor did not even want to listen to me and kept on talking over me. How can a reputable company like Woolworths use such an *********** courier service?
