Dawn Wing and its late deliveries!
I am very disappointed in Dawn Wing, My mother sent me an overnight package on the 9th of March 2015 and the package was meant to arrive yesterday (10th of March 2015 around 4pm). 2 days later I am still waiting for my package, yet we were charged for an overnight service. Its very disappointing to receive such such service from such a trusted courier service.

Unfortunately the courier assigned is new to the route and experienced difficulties in delivering your parcel yesterday. Your parcel is again out for delivery today and we will make telephonic contact, so as to ensure delivery is effected.
