Dawn Wing and Hasrate problematic.

I placed an order with Hashrate on Sunday. Paid for over night delivery. expected the delivery no later than Tuesday (gave 1 day grace because i understand our service industry is far from the best). Wednesday, no delivery, send emails to both companies involved and nobody responds.

I then received an email from hashrate at 20h00 Wednesday night saying they will follow up with dawn wing in the morning. i wait to get feedback, nothing, i call in to hashrate and am told they will investigate now and get back to me.

Hour later, hashrate has not called me so i call them, they tell me that dawn wing did receive the parcel and that they would send me the proof of this.

I am still waiting for this proof. i call dawn wing and they say the parcel was never handed to them.

now im stuck in the middle of 2 **** companies that will not take responsibility and actually give service to a paying customer.

I ordered this for a need to be used today, and it has not arrived. i paid R2500 and now i have no parcel or assistance to get my parcel. both companies are blaming each other. who can i speak to that can assist with this? i feel like iv been ****med and i cannot do anything about it!?!??!
