DAWN WING AND GAME HORRIBLE SERVICE!

After finding out who makes deliveries for Game. I was told to contact Dawn Wing who have had me on hold for 4 consecutive calls lasting over 5 minutes. Their automated voice gave me a way to trace my package and it has apparently been in Cape Town since the 2nd December.

Now they won't even pick up calls, you just stay on hold listening to the uncle talk absolute ******* about how many vehicles they have that ensure packages are delivered. Can we get someone on the phone and stop bragging about having vehicles, you are a delivery company, you are SUPPOSED to have them. Busy acting like you're light years ahead of everyone who uses horses to deliver. DELIVER or SEND IT BACK to game so I can get my money back, which ever one your so many vehicles can actually do faster.
