Dawn Wing Absolutely PATHETIC!

Absolutely terrible service. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel that is supposedly in the nearby depot.. Sent them emails and received no reply, not even contacted by phone. They just completely ignore me.. Pathetic service, use Dawn Wing at your own risk. You may NEVER receive your parcel.
