Dawn wing ... absolute terrible service

There was not an option for 0 stars. Bought a bar fridge online at Makro. Yesterday driver couldn’t find house and after phoning him back 7 times, only voice mail. Dawn Wing customer care sucks. Phoned 6 times today. Phone was answered the last time. Nobody can track the fridge. Drivers are not answering their phones. Customer care of no help. Surely companies can use more efficient couriers.
