The worst courier experience ever.

I have a business account with Dawn Wing been doing collections for years with them never had any issues

I ordered a table from Loot, organised Dawn Wing to collect it on Tuesday the 22nd December 2021. I phoned that Wednesday they said it had not be collected yet, I go all the way to (loot) in Westlake only for them to tell me Dawn Wing had already collected the table on the 22nd December 2021 by Sibu @ 3:45pm. I needed the table for camping purposes I had to borrow a table!!!!!How is it that they can't see this information. I spent R150 out on airtime speaking to different consultants at Dawnwing, the Cape town number doesn't work at all. I spent diesel money driving all the way for nothing. It is now the 31st December 2021 and no sign of my table.

I am definitely moving my business account to another courier.
