Dawn Wind Courier Powerd by DPD Laser

Dawn Wing is powered by DPD Laser, what a useless/unprofessional business. I drop of a small parcel at the Kimberley Branch on 19 February 2022 to send it to Cape Town, the female person who work there, told me they will send it on Monday. I told her it's fine. Today it is Friday the 25th of February 2022, my Parcel has never Arrived. Now I'm calling Everyone, most calls are diverted to JHB the people there is so rude and unhelpful. Can not get hold of the people in Kimberley. No one can help me. It is absolutely un professional, first and last time I do business with, Dawn Wing and DPD Laser, Asli all the couriers that is powered by DPD Laser. I recommend that no one must use them.
