Dawn Non-deliverers. Promise too much deliver zilch, just like the politicians.

Dawn wing couriers don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. A parcel ordered on the 4th of May meant to be delivered last Thursday the 9th of May from Capet Town is still on its way. I’ve called every single day, updated details, and they’ve not called once. They’ve repeatedly **** to say I’m unavailable. They’ve repeatedly **** to say reception at my workplace turned them away. They’ve repeatedly **** they’ll call me and arrange times and not once have they done that. I feel taken advantage of, disrespected and completely made a fool and I find that this company is extremely unprofessional and understand absolutely nothing about consumer rights. I’ve has parcels delivered to my workplace within 96hrs from the UK and rest of the world. I’ve orders online and had other companies deliver successfully, import-It-all, takealot etc. I guess I got my stuff because they can’t have been involved. You need to start taking people seriously. I wouldn’t recommend you to even transport corpses of you could. This kindergarten attitude you have towards customers is uncouth and totally disrespectful.
