If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I cannot fathom that this courier company is even still in business as I have been waiting 3 days for a delivery at the end of the business day when I check my waybill number it says that “the contact was not available” which is laughable because I have now rearranged my schedule for 3 days to try and receive this package, and I was never phoned.

When speaking to support they say there is nothing that can be done, I must just wait. Considering this is a service I already paid for, one would think that it might be delivered.

This also reflects badly on partners of Dawn Wing, as now they will also lose customers.
