Dawn Broken Wing

I was sent an sms that my delivery would arrive no later than 6:30pm, I called into branch to ask if it would still be delivered so I could make plans for my evening. I was told that they would call me back, well 40 mins later I call the office and now the number rings - they clocked off? I was also told that the number they had for me started with 071 instead of 072 - despite me receiving the sms at my correct number I'm assuming this will be used an an excuse. Not impressed and tomorrow is a public holiday. Unacceptable for any courier service.
