Dawin Wing is ***********

The incompetence of Dawin warehouse staff and their drivers is appalling. I have been waiting for a package since Wednesday (04 May 2022). When I track my parcel, the delivery status the first one states incomplete address, which highly unlikely as I gave the sender my full address and the sender then contact Dawin wings again and verified my address again via email. Then the second delivery status on Thursday (05 May 2022) states, contact not available, which is untrue as a driver by the name of Ivan called me in morning with a very rude tone asking where am I, as I was on my way to work the line was bad and I called him back and I told him my correct address. He told me that he left the parcel in the warehouse, as he was already out for deliveries, on the same day I called their call center number and spoke to an agent by the name of Rudzani, who indicated that the package is in the warehouse and will make a note for the package to be delivered on Friday ( 06 May 2022). Then on Friday morning the same driver calls with same number, saying he will be delivering my package, I tell him again my address, then in the afternoon he calls again i tell him to leave the parcel with security. I come back from work and check with security and no parcel. I spent a lot of money for my package to be delivered. If I don't not get my package delivered and in the perfect condition, I will want full refund of my money directly from Dawin wing ( money for delivery and purchase of my items). As from the start they never communicated with me, I had to send an email to the sender requesting updates on the delivery. If they were unsure of the address, they should have contacted me as the recipient directly, Dawin wing never took any initiative to contact me. I WANT MY PACKAGE
