Damn Wing
Failure to deliver on time. Repeatedly.
Online chat is a joke. Hold times are long at the call center. Customer service is inept and when they attempt to contact their own shipment hubs are unable to get through / there is no answer.
I strongly recommend moving any business away from Dawn Wing.
I wont be responding to this review, but thanks for the expected copy paste answer nonetheless.
