Customer Care Centre lack of CUSTOMER CARE

According to the tracking link, my package was “out for delivery” yesterday but was not delivered. A call centre agent advised that the package was given to a driver who does not come to my area and that is why it was returned. I was advised that the correct driver was allocated today yet tracking says the delivery failed again. I called the call centre to find out what was going on, an agent called Lindiwe Dlamini 1stly gave me the incorrect information with attitude saying “Mam the package was not out for delivery yesterday-I can’t see that on the system”… I told her to look again!!! She was rude, unprofessional, petty and CLEARLY understands nothing about customer care!!! I’ve been calling and she keeps hanging up on me. I would like to know when I can receive my package Dawn Wing!!! This is not cool at all!
