Couriers not Reliable

I ordered a parcel from Makro which they send to me with Dawn Wing couriers, it has been almost 2 weeks now, and still haven't received my parcel. According to them they already delivered the parcel last week Monday, I stay in a complex, yesterday they told me they would come back to me, my fiance phoned them and asked them where our parcel is, they told him they send it back to the Durban branch, when I phoned them 10 minutes later, they told me it has been delivered at the complex security, which we don't have, there are no security at the complex. The order is urgent as I need it before Thursday. They keep telling me they will come back to us, but they don't.
