Courier via Oxwagon

Pathetic service. I bought an item from Zando and paid for courier delivery. Item was picked up on 7 Jan. On 10 Jan 2020 they phone me and ask if I reside in Ballito? Really? My address on the way I'll is in Ladysmith. They then said they would deliver the following day (which incedentally is a Saturday). Today is 15 Jan and still no parcel. You should change your name from Dawn wing to Evening oxwagon. Very ****py service.
