Courier service

I ordered and payed for Crocs shoes online. Payment done on 12 September 2023. My parcel was due to be delivered by Dawn Wing couriers. Up to now I have not received my parcel. I sent various e mail enquiries and made numerous phone calls to them. Tracking online shows a delivery address error which is not the case. I confirmed my address every time I had phoned. Up to today my parcel has not been delivered. If they cannot even deliver a local parcel how effective will they deliver parcels abroad? I even sent a e mail request to Crocs requesting them to have my parcel returned and sent via another courier. And I also await an answer from them. I shall NOT recommend Dawn Wing couriers at all. Their client service is pathetic.
