Continuous non delivery

Parcels to be delivered from Runway Sale are either not delivered for days on end, notwithstanding commitment (absolute lies) or only delivered after threats of reporting them publically, but that is not even considered by their managers. They make all the promises in the world, but don't hold your breath as your parcel will invariably not arrive as committed to by their managers and/staff. I am at a point where I would rather loose out than continue ordering from Runway based on poor service by their courier and I am sure I am not the only customer who feels this way. Oh, and the easiest excuse is, \we tried calling you"but arrangements were made so why do you need to phone me"
