Complaint

If I can give a zero for I would. What **** service from Dawn wing by Ashley, 1st yesterday I spent whole day waiting for him and received a call 17h04 saying he's outside and when I check he was not outside. Today I waited again for him whole day and apparently he was here 17h45 and he did not even try to contact and say he's outside and next thing I see the delivery failed. I'm very irritated and disappointed in this and worst part is that when I called Samantha hangs up after telling me that she's in JHB there's nothing she can do. I needed the items for tomorrow's function.
