Complaint

I am here by sending a complaint on one of your drivers Evile Godlo driver of vehicle HS27TK GP

As he inconvenienced my whole day! As I was expecting a delivery at 11. He tried to call me for delivery, upon trying to answer his call he immediately put down the call. Thinking he was outside I went to go check on my delivery, he was not outside and no other effort not even to ring my door bell, apon contacting Dawn Wing, it was said that I was unreachable and that is why my package was not delivered. When I was sitting at home waiting for the Package! So I contacted customer service to make sure that the package is delivered today! but now I'm not sure what time! Cannot even provide me with the driver contact details.

As I also have a whole day planned. I'm not sure when the package will arrive and I need it by today! What if I leave the house again and he shows and what if I don't leave and he don't show!

Ridiculous!
