Complaint

My parcel was collect on the 30 April 2022 and every time I received a message to advice that delivery will be today, I am sit at home to wait for my package and when 18:30 come that add a note to say " Client unavailable for delivery" or "no when answered the phone". I called the call centre to find out if they can asked the driver to call me when he come to my house. Still nobody has arrived. I have changed my address today hopefully they will deliver tomorrow at our work place.
