Complain

I experienced a bad service from Dawn Wing regarding my Kaizer Chiefs parcel which i ordered on the 02nd of October till date it has arrived and when I follow up a lady by the name of Monica just told me that the driver got hijacked on the 13th of October and nothing can be done about that; i need to request a new waybill number from Kaizer Chiefs store.. She wasn't helpful and her attitude was very bad. Waybill number is KZC11286
