Communication during delivery

I am an online shopper and regularly get my parcels via courier companies. In all the occasion were it was Dawn Wing, my parcel will not be delivered on time. I am so frustrated and fed-up with the service i am getting. I stay in a complex and for delivery the security guard will have to call me to grant access. But before the security guy calls , the delivery guy doesn't call me and even when the security doesn't get hold of me immediately the delivery guy doesn't bother to call me to say the security guy is calling.

I work 8 to 5 and i am not able to answer my phone immediately all the time, i have to step out of the meeting to answer calls and only to find it was our gate security but the Dawn Wing delivery person doesn't bother to call. I am not happy with the service at all.

To improve your service, when your delivery person arrives at the gate they must call the person they are going to deliver at. If, the person doesn't answer immediately they must call for the second time just to ensure that the person is really not available. It's the 3rd time i receive this kind of horrible service.
