CNA purchased item not being delivered constantly being scanned in and out of cage.

i think you guys are the worst couriers around, can somebody explain why a package is scanned in and out of your cages, weight verified and still not be delivered, this is just bad service as the package i am waiting for isn't bulky furniture, just a dvd sized package seriously? each day am told tomorrow it will be delivered, CNA purchased item not being delivered.
