Cant honor their delivery schedule

PATHETIC. I order 2 parcels from Loot. One was delivered 28 April 2022 and the other was supposed to be delivered 29 April 2022. I have tried calling 5 times. I get put on hold. I believe my complaint was escalated. But when i try follow up they put me on hold and then hang up on me. This parcel was supposed to be installed today and as per their website the parcel should have arrived today. So now i loose money cause Dawn Wing cant honor their updates on their website. Estimate time on hold now stands at 1 hour. PATHETIC
