Can’t even drive 5 min out of his way to del my item

Worst service wrong area code was put on my parcel driver is 5 min from my house and expect me to now wait till Monday contacted there office and not able to assist on a 5 min drive to the right adress street adress was correct but postal code was wrong when I offerd to give driver a location drop to his cell phone he just said he won’t deliver today so disappointed no one has got back to me News is this item today
