Cannot deliver on time or track a parcel

The worst delivery company in SA. Received notification two days ago that the parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered that day. Now after two days no delivery and when you phone to track the parcel they just tell you that they will deliver. What is the use of paying for a delivery company if they cannot deliver on time or even tell you when it will be delivered, will never use them again!!!
