Beyond hopeless.

Be more sensitive to the fact that you cannot reasonably expect people to be under house arrest from 7am to 7 pm awaiting a package. Give us a time frame and please at least act interested in our queries when we finally get call answered... Switchboard is never helpful and tgere is no escalation for issues. They refuse to help

It is easy to give us a 3 or 4hrs time frame when to expect packages as drivers plan routes. Ask them. Dont be so dogmatic and uninterested and pls stop making drivers pay for the fact you'll fail to arrange delivery time frames by not paying them when they cant deliver cos you'll won't give us reasonable frames to stay. Most of drivers deliver up to 6 pm or later at tines ( not safe for us or them)as they are playing catchup due to your stupidity in the office.
