Beyond bad/poor service.... Dawn wing is a ****

I still can't comprehend with the experience I am getting from these guys. One employee explain something else and the other also explain something in contrary to what the first employee has said. When a customer pays for a service he expects to get the service. Dawn wing was supposed to deliver a parcel to me and they even called to confirm. Today the tell me the driver has left the depot and my parcel will be delivered tomorrow, as if that's not inconvenience enough they then try to shift the blame. If you really ready to be frustrated and overcharged for a poor service, then give them your business.
