BEST TELE SERVICE AGENT ! YOU HAD ME AT HELLO :-)

I sent a request late last night via email and by 9am Luyanda Ngubane, Tele Service Agent phoned me. I had many (and pretty sure some stupid) questions. Luyanda was amazing, super friendly, informative and helpful throughout the entire, close to 30min conversation! These days its hard to find someone to have an actual human to human conversation with and i can honestly say Luyanda's telephone manner managed to put me in a GREAT mood! So much so, that i do not even care to do any further comparative research - What a nice way to start a day! I trust Dawn Wing's service will be as great as Luyanda's.
