Being ignored, money ******.

Hi,

I signed up with dawn wing in November 2020, paid my R1000 to open the account which I was told will be refunded to me, whatever is left of it if I decide to cancel the services, I sent my first package with them in November, it was lost and I only received it back around the beginning of Jan, I had to refund my customer and looked like a complete idiot. I then decided after having not received the best service when this package went missing (I understand these things happen but the way it was handle was pathetic) that I would take my business elsewhere, I sent an email and called requesting my account be cancelled and I receive my refund on 20 Jan 2021, I sent it to individual people (details provided by call center) who did not get back to me, then I logged a call to customer care because no one was getting back to me and I received confirmation emails that my request has been received and yet here I am, 6 month later and they still have my money.
