Battle/War of Refund

After complaining here that they are not refunding me, then I got response from them, the lady promising that as soon as the amount has been approved she will notify me. She even called and made up stories of saying the people who were handling this matter didn't have a clue of what is happening. Then she disappeared too. I have been sending email and calling to her direct line that she gave me but there is no response. Its month end all transactions should have happend...still nothing. Does this ****** company still exists?????
