Bad to NO Service

Over the past three weeks I have been contacted twice by Dawn Wing about my parcel. I have been told twice that someone will contact me about change the delivery address, yet no one has!

I have tried to call several times a day but the no one answers! I managed to get through once and spoke to someone at head office that reassured me that parcel would be delivered the next day, this was Monday, I am still waiting!
