Bad service/unreliable courier service

the courier service had my parcel for a week now without delivery, the courier service called be on the 21 of January worry and they told me they were coming for delivery and i told them that i was not around that area on that day the promised to deliver my parcel the following day 22 January 2020.until today my parcel its not delivered my way bill number: TB***. and my cell number is ***.not happy with their service the box Fashion must start looking for a realiable courier service who understand customer satisfaction.
