Bad services

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and we are still waiting on Thursday...the parcel is now back at the dispatch. Tomorrow is Christmas and I have waited at home for 3 days for a 'no show'. First the address was wrong, I phoned 3 times to change it, then I complained again because when I phoned the 4th time the address was still wrong. The dispatch guy phoned and guarantees that I will get my parcel today, strict instructions for a phone call when outside, not a single call received and the parcel heads back!! Super unimpressive...they cannot follow any kind of instruction about a delivery...but I am pretty sure they're getting kick backs from telecommunication companies keeping us on hold for up to an hour...
