Bad service! Waiting for package that was meant to arrive 2 days ago.

I had a package that was meant to come through on Thursday (27/08/2023) and I kept tracking how far the package was and it just said out for delivery around 09:00 so I waited the whole day until 17:00 and still there was nothing so I called to ask what’s going on and the lady told it’s in the way so I chose to wait and extra hour, that time I put in my work address, after that hour passed there was still nothing and I called again and they said it’s on the way so I asked for the address to be changed because the following day I was not going in at work and they said okay. It’s Saturday and I still don’t have my package. This is completely unacceptable. We can’t wait days yet the status says out for delivery.
