BAD SERVICE/ UNPROFESSIONAL DAWN WING
I never encountered an unprofessional courier company as Dawn Wing. My parcel has been dispatched on the 20 February 2015- till date can no one at Dawn wing can advise where my parcel is.Every day in this week I phoned the call center- and got empty promises regarding when delivery will take place. Eventually I spoke to the Supervisor - Viola- she promised me that she will get back to me today- this did not happen.
