BAD SERVICE - no NO SERVICE

There is no way to reach them!!! I was holding on for 34 minutes and later the afternoon for 56 minutes. How on earth can that be acceptable???!! It is always a very busy time. If you don't have enough agents, then appoint more!!! My husband wants to cancel is Makro online order and that is because of your terrible courier service!!!
