BAD SERVICE!!! My parcel has been showing that it’s out for delivery for 2 days and it just don’t get to me

BAD SERVICE!!! My parcel has been showing that it’s out for delivery for 2 days and it just don’t get to me. Each time, I’d see an update that “they couldn’t deliver”. However, the delivery guy does not even bother calling to update me. I am not buying from any online store that uses their services ever again.
